Terms of Use

These conditions apply to the YTMP3 converter available at valuers.com.pl (the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept them; if you disagree with any part, please stop using the Service.

1. The Service

The Service produces an MP3 audio file or an MP4 video file from a publicly viewable YouTube video, on request. It is free, requires no registration and is supplied as-is. We may alter, pause or withdraw any part of it at any time without prior notice.

2. What you agree to

You alone are responsible for the links you submit and for what you do with the resulting files. You confirm that you will only convert content that you created or own, that is in the public domain or carries a licence permitting download, or that you are otherwise legally allowed to copy for private use where you live. You will not rely on the Service to copy, share, sell, transmit or publicly play protected works without the owner's consent, nor use it in any manner that is illegal where you are.

3. Conduct we prohibit

• Accessing the Service with bots, scripts or bulk-download tools.
• Attempting to overload, probe or disrupt our servers or the third-party services behind them.
• Working around any limit we place on video length, request frequency or blocked videos.
• Reselling, framing or embedding the Service inside another product without our written agreement.
• Using the Service to obtain content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that has been blocked after a valid copyright notice.

4. Ownership

Everything that makes up the Service itself, its layout, wording and software, is ours or licensed to us. Converted content remains the property of its rights holders; we claim no ownership and grant no rights in it. "YouTube" and "MP3" are trademarks of their owners and are used purely to describe compatibility.

5. Copyright notices

The copyright claims page explains how rights holders can reach us and what a notice must contain. Videos identified in a valid notice are placed on a block list and cannot be converted again.

6. No guarantees

You receive the Service exactly as it is, with no warranty of any kind. We make no commitment that it will always be online, that it will be free of faults, that a given video will convert, or that output will reach a particular quality. The risk of using it is yours.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we accept no responsibility for losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, that arise because you used the Service or could not use it, including lost data and claims brought by others. Where liability cannot be excluded it is capped at the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.

8. Indemnity

You will compensate us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that results from your breach of these terms or from your infringement of another party's rights while using the Service.

9. Third parties

Search suggestions and media processing come from YouTube and from partner providers, each governed by its own terms. We cannot vouch for their uptime or conduct.

10. Suspension

We can refuse service to an IP address, a network or an entire region whenever we consider it necessary, especially following abuse or a legal demand. Sections 4 to 9 continue to apply after any suspension or termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use after a change signifies acceptance.
