Privacy Policy

This page describes what the YTMP3 converter at valuers.com.pl does with information while you use it. In short: there are no accounts, no advertising cookies and no record of which videos you convert.

What we handle

The link or search you submit

A YouTube URL or a search phrase is sent to our servers so that we can locate the video and prepare the file you asked for. It is used for that request and nothing else. Search phrases are additionally forwarded to Google's autocomplete service so that suggestions can be shown as you type.

Connection details

Our servers and the Cloudflare network in front of them see your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These details live in rotating server logs for a short period and are used to keep the service available, to stop abuse and to count visitors in aggregate. They are never joined with the content of your conversions.

The files we generate

Each MP3 or MP4 is produced on demand, streamed to your browser and removed from our systems soon afterwards. We hold no archive of converted media and cannot re-issue a file later.

What we deliberately avoid

• No registration, so we never store names, email addresses or passwords.
• No selling, renting or sharing of data with advertisers.
• No profiling of what you listen to or watch.
• No knowing collection of data from children under 16; if you believe a child has sent us personal details, write to us and we will erase them.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie required for security and load balancing. An anonymous visitor counter records page views in aggregate and does not identify individuals.

Services outside our control

Search suggestions come from Google. The conversion itself is performed by a media processing backend reached through our own relay at api.valuers.com.pl; your browser talks to that relay, not to the backend directly, and the backend receives only the video identifier and requested format. Each of these providers has its own privacy terms which apply to its part of the process.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your country you may be entitled to ask what personal data we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Because we keep almost nothing, such requests are usually answered straight away. Send them to contact@valuers.com.pl.

Updates

If our handling of data changes, the revised policy will appear here with a new date. Using the site after that date means you accept the revision.
