Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the YTMP3 converter at valuers.com.pl handles when you use it, why, and what happens to it. The short version: the site has no accounts, sets no advertising cookies and keeps no record of what you convert.

Information we process

Links and search terms

When you paste a YouTube link or type a search phrase, that text is sent to our servers so that the conversion can be carried out. It is used only to perform the request you asked for. Search terms are also sent to Google's suggestion service to display autocomplete results, in the same way that a search box on many websites does.

Technical data

Like every web server, ours receives your IP address, the browser and operating system you use, the page you requested and the time of the request. This information is kept in short-lived server logs that are used to keep the service running, to detect abuse and to measure aggregate traffic. Logs are rotated automatically and are not combined with any other data about you.

Converted files

Files produced by the converter are generated on demand, delivered to your browser and then deleted from our systems within a short period. We do not keep a library of converted media and we cannot retrieve a file for you after the fact.

What we do not do

• We do not require or store names, email addresses or passwords, because there are no user accounts.
• We do not sell, rent or trade any data.
• We do not build a profile of your listening habits.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a functional cookie needed for security and load balancing. A lightweight visitor counter records anonymous page views so that we can see how many people use the service; it does not identify individual visitors.

Third-party services

The download buttons are provided through an embedded frame from a media delivery partner. When you click one, your browser connects to that partner directly, and its own privacy terms apply to that connection. Search suggestions are provided by Google. We do not control how these third parties handle data, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost nothing, most such requests can be answered immediately. Write to contact@valuers.com.pl.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, the new policy will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
