Help us help you

• Reporting a failed conversion? Tell us the YouTube link, whether you chose MP3 or MP4, your device and browser, and the exact message you saw. Nine times out of ten the cause is listed on the FAQ page, so it is worth a look first.
• Rights holder? Follow the checklist on the copyright claims page; complete notices are actioned much faster.
• Wondering about data? The privacy policy describes the very little we handle.
• Suggesting a feature? Say what you were trying to do and where the current site got in the way.

There is no phone line, and we cannot assist with YouTube account problems or with videos hosted anywhere other than YouTube.
