Copyright Claims and Takedown Requests
YTMP3 (valuers.com.pl) is a technical conversion service. We do not host a catalogue of music or video; every file is generated on demand from a link supplied by a visitor and discarded shortly afterwards. Even so, we respect the rights of creators and rights holders, and we act on valid infringement notices.
What we can do
When we receive a complete notice that a specific YouTube video is being converted in violation of your rights, we block that video identifier so that it can no longer be processed through this site. Because we keep no stored files, there is nothing else to remove. If the underlying video should not be on YouTube at all, the most effective step is to submit a removal request to YouTube directly, which will also make it unavailable here.
How to submit a notice
Send an email to contact@valuers.com.pl with the subject line Copyright notice. For us to act on it, the message must contain:
- The full YouTube URL (or video ID) of each work you want blocked.
- A description of the copyrighted work, and evidence that you own it or act for the owner, such as a link to an official release or a registration reference.
- Your name, postal address and email address so that we can contact you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that are missing these elements, that refer to content not on YouTube, or that are sent by someone without authority will not be actioned. We may share a copy of the notice with the person who submitted the link if they ask why a video has been blocked.
Repeat requests and abuse
We keep a record of blocked video identifiers. Video IDs that are the subject of repeated valid notices remain blocked permanently. Sending knowingly false notices may expose you to liability, and we reserve the right to ignore further correspondence from senders who repeatedly submit invalid claims.
Counter-notices
If you believe a video was blocked by mistake, reply to the same address with the video URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the block resulted from an error or misidentification, and your signature. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, lift the block.
