YTMP3 at valuers.com.pl is a conversion tool, not a media library. Nothing is hosted here: each file is built from a visitor's link and discarded soon after delivery. We nonetheless take the rights of creators seriously and act promptly on properly formed infringement notices.

What a notice achieves

On receipt of a complete notice naming a specific YouTube video, we place that video identifier on a block list, after which the converter refuses it. Since we store no media, blocking is the only removal step that exists. If the video should not be on YouTube in the first place, filing a removal request with YouTube is the most effective remedy and will automatically make it unavailable here too.

Filing a notice

Email contact@valuers.com.pl with the subject line Copyright notice. To be actionable the message needs all of the following:

  1. The YouTube URL or video ID for each video to be blocked.
  2. Which copyrighted work is involved, plus something that shows you own it or represent the owner, for example a link to the official release or a registration number.
  3. Your name, postal address and email address.
  4. Confirmation of your good-faith belief that the owner, an agent of the owner, or the law has not permitted this use.
  5. Confirmation that what you have written is accurate and that you either hold the rights or are authorised by the person who does.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices, notices concerning content that is not on YouTube, and notices sent without authority will not be processed. We may forward a copy of a notice to a visitor who asks why a particular video is blocked.

Repeated notices and misuse

Blocked identifiers are retained; a video named in more than one valid notice stays blocked permanently. Sending a notice you know to be false may carry legal consequences for you, and senders who keep filing defective claims may find their later messages ignored.

Counter-notices

If you believe a video has been blocked in error, email the same address with the video URL, a way to contact you, a sworn statement (under penalty of perjury) that the block appears to rest on a mistake or a misidentified video, and your signature. We examine every counter-notice and remove blocks that turn out to be unjustified.
